Second Placement Applications for International Students Have Started

In accordance with the principles set by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK), applications from candidates studying at or graduated from secondary education institutions in Türkiye are not accepted, regardless of nationality (TRNC citizens, former Turkish citizens holding a Blue Card, dual citizens or foreign nationals). Exempt from this restriction are citizens of Balkan countries, graduates of Embassy Schools, international private educational institutions under the MOBİS system, foreign nationals admitted within MoNE and YÖK projects, and graduates of Turkish schools abroad affiliated with MoNE, except those in the TRNC.

Placed students must pay the tuition fee stated in their acceptance letter in order to access their acceptance documents. Candidates who fail to pay by the deadline forfeit their registration rights. Tuition fees can be paid by credit card from anywhere in the world. The fees will be updated according to the 2026-2027 academic year tuition fee schedule.

A B2/C1 Turkish Language Certificate and a Certificate of Recognition/Equivalency are not mandatory documents for the application. If you have them you may upload them; otherwise uploading is not required.
